o       EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS through speakers, workshops, visit programs, diversity programs, HRGames participation, and the achievement of the SHRM Merit Award

o       PROFESSIONAL BENEFITS through team building exercises, networking opportunities, student HRAGD membership opportunities, and mentor programs

o       PERSONAL BENEFITS through the formation of friendships, social events, scholarship opportunities, and charitable acts
