A. Katie Claya introduced herself as the new club President for the 2005-2006
academic year, and presented HRAGD guest speakers, Leslie Kinsman and Jon
Tope.

B. Leslie and Jon discussed benefits of HRAGD membership (free), as
well as upcoming HRAGD events. Scanned images to be available on website

C. Katie Claya announced club donation of $100.00 to the American Red Cross,
a charitable act to provide support to those affected by the devastating
hurricanes of the Gulf Coast.

D. Sara Van Wagoner, Club Advisor, conducted inauguration of all
officers in attendance.

E. Katie Claya explains the newly created Points for Participation

F. Katie Claya and Fannie Johnson give a Merit Award update. Club is
on track to earn a Superior Merit Award this school year.

G. Katie Claya announced the new club website, which will be launched
by October 7th. Site created and managed by Nicole Fitch, Club Web
Developer.

H. Amy Cremen announced the upcoming October Social Event at Miller's
Big Red Cider Mill on October 15 @ 1 pm. Carpooling may be available. Call

I. Gwen Kluwe announced a bake sale to be held on October 27. It has been
decided that bake sales will only run in the evening from 5:30-8:00. Those
interested in volunteering, whether through time or baked goods, should
contact Gwen Kluwe.
